Yes, i really thought the character was interesting (there were a few interesting characters created during Soule's run) and i hope someone finds a way to bring him back.
When I bought this from Mr McKenna at a convention he told me someone else worked on it, but I can't remember the individual's name. In the bottom right of the cover there's a steaming coffee cup looking thing that might be a signature. Do you happen to recognize it?
