This isn't from an actual Dennis panel / strip by Hank Ketcham. This is from article, "If Comic Strip Characters Behaved Like Ordinary People," from MAD magazine #81 (September 1963), written by Al Jaffee and drawn by Wally Wood (http://madcoversite.com/mad081.html). The caption over this panel reads, "If Dennis the Menace had parents with normal patience." The picture shown here is both cropped and colored (probably by a fan): The original shows includes Dennis's mom looking on with satisfaction, and saying the lower-caption words, "Enough is enough!"
