This is an amazing piece of art! I really adore how Spidey and Daredevil have been adapted to this medium and art style ... honestly, it makes me wish that it was represented somehow somewhere in the Spider-verse.

You can see the information here. However, it's confirmed from Mr. Mendelsohn himself in this issue of Alter Ego—scroll down to page 15, "Jack Mendelsohn reminisces about Alex Toth," for a brief mention of his commissioning Annie.
