It's an even neater story, if you haven't read it. Different take on SS. Lighter, humorous in places. But also a ton of heart. I will admit the tone put me off when it first came out, but I've since sobered up and think it's one of the better SS stories.

I really love the atmosphere achieved here with just ink.  A testament to Liam's skill.  I considered this page for a long time, and not surprisingly have a touch of regret not picking it up.  I recently rectified this a bit by picking up a really nice splash from Season 2, #6 from Moy at Baltimore CC.  Really happy to have an example.  Lovely page you have there!

Agree!  They all are really great, difficult to pick a favorite.  I got super lucky this popped up as it's certainly up there as one of my favorites.  The other being his HoX #1 with Cyclops and some Sentinels!  Classic X-Men to me.
