Yes, I agree. I got to meet him last year at the Phoenix con, but had run out of money when I met him. I was about to try to get on his commission list when I saw this. Great to chat with, and I love the sketch.
I love Ms. Witter's art. Great detail. But it is hilarious that both characters are the image of herself! Maybe it's just me...
I would guess sometime around 2008. That pose is the same as his Black & White statue. I would think he drew it about the same time, or later based on the statue.
