That page is by Greg LaRocque and Mike DeCarlo, not Dave Cockrum. Dave did pages 28-32 of Legion 45, not page 40.
Appeared in Totally Kids, a magazine for the Fox Kids Club, in 1991, as a three-page story.
Here's what Dave had to say about this on Jan. 11, 2003: "[B]elieve it or not, Keith Giffen designed Jack of Hearts. But everybody who used him drew him differently, and John Romita, Sr., who was then Art Director, asked me if I could do a definitive version that could be given out to the various artists. They followed my character drawings for awhile, but then went back to doing him any way they damn well pleased."
I can't believe that the original art to that issue still exists! Unbelievable!
