Thanks kavi. Like I have mentioned in a previous response. In over 30 years of collecting this is the first time it has happened. Fortunately it was a very expensive piece. That would have been devastating. Not about the money but these are one of a kind objects.

Hello marcus. I immediately contacted heritage. They were fantastic. Even though it wasn't their fault per say. I submitted the pictures to them and they were willing to reimburse me the total of the page. The problem is that I am trying to put that book together and didn't want to lose the opportunity to it.
