This piece is lovely, but I don't know if it was worth it!  It has nothing to do with whatever you paid, but you'll have to watch your back from a certain collector for the rest of your life!  ;-)

No doubt Eranga was a fan who watched the show on FOX and bought the Bandai action figures.  His secret crush may have been Rita though.

It's all about that nice set of...freckles!  

A beauty of a page, JP!  A JR, Jr. Spidey piece is always special, but there are some really cool touches here; I especially love how "gummed up" the page feels thanks to all the webbing in panels 3 & 4... which allows for a liberating feeling of clear and open escape in panels 5 & 6.  I also love how everyone in the last three panels are facing / moving to the bottom right, providing a great momentum to the bottom of the page and compelling the reader to turn it to continue on with the story.  Fantastic storytelling techniques by JR, Jr. and awesome inking by Scott Hanna (no surprise in either case there).  Congrats, JP!

Compare and contrast pages such as this are always so captivating. This page has the chance to offer background and humanity to both of the main characters who, thanks to their GL rings, get to traverse the celestial bodies. Pansica's pencils are so clean and strong here, they don't really need to be inked to enjoy staring at it. And I think I will do just that. So, thanks for sharing it! 

Holy cow! This is incredible. How am I possibly the first commenter for this piece?! The swirls of energy are cool and vibrant. The composition of the figures is dramatic and narrative, telling a story in a single image. This should be a cover.

Flash is one of my favorite comic book characters ever since Waid's run decades ago. I remember Pelletier's work on Waid's storyline "Terminal Velocity" or around that era (it's a bit hazy). 

Your Flash spread here is just perfect. Digging the running stance and how it is on an 11x17 board.

That's awesome!  Great score, JP!  I think it must be a very rare Hembeck recreation, as no one on the cover, save for one villain, is smiling.  Poor, dejected Flash!  (And is that Lex Luthor standing in for Martian Manhunter? :) )
