Thanks, Mark. I love the trees Mignola draws—they create an incredible atmosphere. It’s also amazing to see how he manages to insert a black panel as a fade, seamlessly introducing one of the three characters. This is very difficult to achieve in the ninth art, but Mignola is truly a master of masters.

When you hold an original Kirby piece in your hands, you can’t help but think about how he once sat in front of a blank sheet of paper and spent hours working on it. Now, after all these years, it’s with me — and no matter what’s drawn on it, that alone is amazing.
