Hughes received his artwork but he never sent me mine. He auctioned a piece of art on E-bay, that I won and paid for with Paypal on Nov. 30th 2007. This was to be a Christmas present and although Hughes knew that he never sent the item and he never offered a refund. Minimal responses to my e-mails, always excuses when he bothered to answer, and it finally resulted in a dispute with ended with him being kicked off of E-bay. Score one for the good guys! I have e-mails to prove this should anyone want copies. IF he did it to me would he do it to you? Beware. 92 days and counting.

Hughes auctioned a page of art on E-bay, that I won and paid for through Paypal on Nov.30th 2007, but HE NEVER SENT IT, NOR DID HE GIVE ME A REFUND! E-bay kicked him off after I set up a dispute. I have e-mails to prove it so beware and deal with him at your own risk. 91 days and counting.

Lud Hughes is lucky that the person who sold him this piece actually delivered on the sale. I bought a page from Hughes and he never sent it! Lots of excuses with the few e-mails he bothered to respond to but no art and no refund. It's been 90 days and I'm still waiting. The good news is he was kicked off of E-bay as a result of his actions so he can't do it to anyone else, and I have the e-mails to prove it if you want copies. The other good news is my dispute with Paypal (that's how I paid him) finally got me a refund and likewise put him in "hot water" there. Watch out if you deal with him cause he may do the same to you as he did to me.
