I feel ya. I'm not a huge fan of Dalrymple myself because like you said it does feel mass produced. I own three Jester pieces and you can physically see and feel the mixed media on each piece. There's a lot that doesn't translate from a photograph.

Great piece! I picked up Drew's Baroness version of the head turns years back. Seems you tracked down details I never knew!
