Cool cover! Heroscape was such an awesome game. There was a great community around it in my state, and I think they still have yearly get togethers to this day, though I don't keep up with it anymore. I reached out to one of the interior artists for one of the Heroscape insert comics, but he didn't respond. Great pickup, and it's nice to see another heroscape fan here!
This is definitely one of the best Batgirl covers in the series. Like you, I was pretty much 100% Marvel until I started reading Batgirl regularly (which then branched out to the rest of the Bat family at that time, thanks to her). I started with a later issue, though, and had to pick up a number of back issues to fill in my complete set. I really, really miss the original team on this book, but they had a great run, and the memories remain. I know you got it a few years ago, but congratulations!
