Congrats on this Stingingly beautiful Cankorized Stingray! Eat More Plankton!
Sensational! This is one of my favorite Cankor covers! It's great to have friends and no one will enjoy this more than you! Congratulations!
Dude! Soooo good! Love this page! That middle panel blows my mind!
Great pickup! I was one of the underbidders! Love the vehicle and face-meltingly rad first panel. Cankor's the best!
Thanks ML! Curious to read your volumes on what the flyswatter says about the environment and situation we're experiencing. Couldn't agree more with your assessment of Jaime!
Thanks for highlighting these subtle details! It's great to see how each one really enlivens the space, the characters, their relationships, and setting. Curious what folks make of Zero's number being written on the cupboard? Who do you think wrote it on Izzy'd cupboard?
Magnificent Quitely example, and one of the rare We3 pieces Ive seen. Beautiful contrast between the natural world and the grotesque ways in which humanity seeks dominion and control over animals and nature.
Haha! Amazing! No wonder I thought she could have been a Palomar character! Always appreciate your Love & Rockets knowledge!
Thanks Tony! Early Jaime is my favorite, but it's all delightful.
Honored to have this piece blessed by your insightful comment! I always enjoy reading your astute comments and observations.
Phenomenal artwork and incredible pick up, Mark! My favorite signualr image Cash has created to date...and it's all yours! It's a joy to witness Cash's growth as an artist and your gallery is a wonderful place to see that growth through some of her best examples.
Having had the opportunity to behold this piece in person, I was impressed to see the names of each location written in light pencil next to each corresponding image.
Simply SUBLIME!
Thanks for taking great care of it while in your collection! "Hauntingly beautiful" is the perfect description. Thanks for your message and reaching out 🙌
Thank you very much, Satya! Couldn't agree more!
This cover was created as the cover for the hardcover TPB of Gaiman and Buckingham's Miracleman: The Golden Age when Marvel reprinted the collection in 2016. Definitely my favorite Miracleman cover by Buckingham for either the Eclipse or Marvel runs.
For some reason Marvel decided to use a different cover (MM#1(2016) for the 2022 tpb of Miracleman: Golden Age when it was reprinted prior to the launch of Miracleman: Silver Age.
