Completely agree! Loved Byrne's take on the Lois and Clark relationship in the "modern" era of the 80s, definitely had a big impact on everything that came after. This issue also had a little bit of that Superman III scene where he is playing both parts in the same place at the same time...

Thanks! Agreed definitely seems influence by Boring and Butch mentioned that he spent years adjusting the proportions of his Superman figure to the version we became used to during his run on Action Comics.

Yes I wasn't sure if it was meant to be black/silver (hence his book), or the traditional green with some fading in the color over time...
