I saw him doing the piece live. During the course of sketching (without being an artist), I sometimes thought, 'Why is he doing it this way?' But in the end, all the pieces fell into place, and I realized, 'Of course, he had to do it this way!
Technically a very complex cover with the reflection on the lighter. Fabry seems to deliver with ease.
Fabry produced so many fantastic covers for preacher and this is a prime example. The purple and orange tones are in perfect harmony. A pleasure for the eye.

An amazing cover by Frank Quitely. He quite often shows Dredd with a smile which is not in line with his character, but the depicted grim look here is just perfect. Magnificient blur effect at the botton of the corsshairs too!
