It's from the October 1986 issue of Forum - appears on pages 18-19, with another colour illo as page 20. (Steve Rude's work also appears in the issue on page 34).  I assume art director John Arocho is/was a comics fan - saw his name in an old Comic Art Convention booklet...

I've been trying to track down a collected edition of this strip (think there was an Argentinian magazine, Tit Bits La Gran Aventura #1, which reprinted it, but have yet to find a copy...)

I love this stuff (and Cisco) - thought he was wasted on Ellos...
