I'm truly satisfied with the way both and the ensemble itself came out. And I'm a sucker for weird sketch variants concepts. More coming up in the future, I assure you.
Not only is this a beautifully written, drawn and inked issue by the team of Hickman, Yu & Alanguilan (+ colors by Sunny Gho) and one of my favourite comic books ever (the cover being my phone lock screen for years). It is also the last work done by Alanguilan before he sadly passed away in 2019. Long live Gerry!
Also first Con and first piece after the pandemic hit, so it has a special place in my heart for multiple reasons.
