The biggest scandal surrounding *Mandinga* was, of course, that this low-budget Italian production, packed with sex and violence, shamelessly ripped off the far superior American film *Mandingo*.
I also think that completing this work was a matter close to Les's heart. His wife and manager considers it his best work. Who am I to disagree with her...
When the movie poster is more entertaining than the movie itself. Pure pleasure!

I think Sly has perfectly captured how warming rays of sunshine, a promising pose, and a beautiful person combine to create a very erotic overall picture. That's pin-up!

Inventing characters that people associate with an artist, developing them creatively, establishing your own distinctive style, and achieving financial success with genuine artistic work is the greatest thing for an artist. Many talented people out there are just scraping by, and that makes me a little sad. Who on earth invented this damn AI?
I'd rather not think about how much work goes into a drawing like that. You have to have a special passion for this kind of photorealistic artwork to even attempt it.
It is the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour in Moscow. It was my wish to place this church in the background as a contrast to Black Widow. Aesthetic considerations were at the forefront here, i.e., I wasn't concerned with accurately depicting existing stories in the MCU.
Thank you for this wonderful commissioned work, which I will soon be able to add to my collection. Very, very beautiful and created with great customer focus. Keep up the good work!

Obviously we were active in the same auction. Congratulations on this magnificent work! I was very lucky to buy the painting Great Sophia - also from Craig's collection - at auction shortly afterwards.
Delicious discussion. I love it. Fortunately, almost anything is possible with fantasy and comic art.
Interesting interpretation, Marcus, but I think Ballestar might actually have thought so.
"It's a hell of a thing, killing a man. Take away all he's got and all he's ever gonna have."
Great purchase! Congratulations! Who was the model again? I mean the one in the bathtub...
Yes, Marcus, I think quite a few viewers will think of the fire of hell or a demonic environment when they see these glistening colors.
Thank you! Definitely unbelievable. Emersom didn't tell me anything about the technique, but I think you're right in your assumption. There are probably a few pen strokes in ink as well.
