Havok and Sabertooth are definitely looking their sharpest here!  How did Di Meo do that effect on Havok's chest without messing up?   

One of the highlight pages of the issue!  The card and kinetic energy tunnel effect from our view is so cool!  We all know who's going to be there when we turn the page with Rogue as the guy is literally dropping us his calling card.  Di Meo's work for Marvel is nothing short of amazing.   The effects techniques, the staging, and even a hint of manga storytelling are thrown into the mix.

2nd print cover seems likely for this gem!

This is exactly why Superman brought Batman and Robin along so they can deal with all the kryptonite threats.  Another action and emotion fueled page by Mora!

Worley's colors are awesome!  The reddish hues from the lighting on the side from below adds much more dimension and definition to the heroic stature of Batman. 

Really nice how the cape turns into the night skies!  As always, Bianchi blends technical realism and the fantastical. 

Truly a badass commission. Batsy looking over his city just itching for someone to screw up lol. Congrats!

Look at those Batwings on the top!  They are smoother than velvet or silk!  I bet Di Meo knew they were going to cover it up with the logo, but like the rest of this cover, he still went ahead and finished it with the finest polish possible.

Love this panel and the comic. You've gotten me to go reread this masterpiece!

Love that low flat design of the batmobile to match the low profile wide panel establishing shot.  The rest of the wide shots are all centered to get our focus into the characterization of Batman and Robin and finally Nora Fries who has her big hair on each side.

Like a family portrait!  Should be framed in a oval frame with the slight sepia color tone to make this resemble an old photo.

What a different technique to depict the dynamic duo. Nice pickup! 

Nice to see the published Derington art as it is done in bolder manner than his commissions.

Very cool over the thirsty water color paper!  This didn't need too much color and the razor like scratches for the rain is cutting into Batman causing even more battle damage.

These action sequences in 2018 were a great reminder of how Tony Daniel was so instrumental in writing and artwork a decade before on Batman before the New 52.
