Wonderful bobs hairstyles of the day!  I can imagine kids taking this to the beauty parlour and pointing out which style they wanted that day.

Great fgood girl look with rockin' figures!  Archie is barking up the wrong tree in this title page!  Unique look for Veronica with her thick eyelashes!

I'm sure the inker would be tasked to traditional up the look no matter who drew it.

Looks great with the Colan staging of the story.  The black background Colan added weight to the atmosphere at the top to frame all three of our main characters.

Really hot genre that was the trend of the early 70's with sleuthing stories!  Even Batman playing detective was not enough to satisfy the audience's hunger for these stories!  Heck and Anderson bring that hard boiled edge of the crime genre to the title page.
