I got it from Adams at a SDCC years ago. Thanks for the appreciation. His pencils feel more finished than most inked work.

I believe that it is. In this issue, Dr. Light messes with the JLA's brains and identities and then gets his brain messed with. Meltzer was clearly thinking about this when he wrote Identity Crisis.
