I didn't think anyone other than John Byrne could nail Sasquatch, until i picked up the Bart Sears Sabretooth mini in the early 2000s. Bart really hit the nail on the head when he drew Sasquatch in that book.

You've made a major point that I haven't really ever thought about. It is rare that you ever see the Ewoks taken seriously. Most of the time they are drawn and marketed with an aim for a younger audience, forgetting the fact that they should be taken very serious on the chance that you'd ever come upon a tribe of them in the wild.

i was fortunate enough to have seen Operation Ivy in 89.

What an insane show by one of my favorite bands of all time.

This could be one of the best Creature drawings that I had ever seen and this is coming from a gut who has an Adam's Creature tattooed on his leg.

I get a kick out of any pages featuring Gods/spirits and this is one gave me a big ol' kick.

I remember this issue fondly. As a child i ordered a comic book collectors starter kit from the J.C. Penny Christmas catalog.It came with a long box, bags, boards and about 10 random comic books.This was one of them and it was my favorite.

If this is the kind of awesome stuff that you're finding at OAX,then I'm super happy that I'm going this year!
