Fantastic David. Rio is one of the best there is. I have to agree with Craig R. in that Panther Girl seems to lose as much as Empowered, although Emp gets more of the rope-work.
Fantastic detail here, although it looks like Panther Girl may not be totally out of it. She appears to be clutching his left shoulder, yes?
What can I say? The detailing justs gets better every time. While I'm not really into it, the hypo is a nice touch-reminds me of all those great pulp covers of yore.
This is an incredible piece, David. Love the detail and theme. I have the old Tiger Woman serials with Linda Stirling. Big fan here of both her and Phyllis Coates. It would have been interesting to see the pair teamed up.
