If you want a better picture take it back to the framer, or any professional framer. They can temporarily remove the glass so you can get a clear shot, and then reassemble it with no damage.
Can't believe no one's commented on this great pic. For having such a long and varied career, Lightle is surprisingly underrated.
You can try taking it to a good, reputable frame shop. Ask them to put it in a heat press between two sheets of FoamCore for about 5 minutes. It may not take out the creases entirely, but it can often help. Good luck.
