This is a really lovely piece of art! From Gil Kane's wonderful layout, to Artie Simek's complimentary lettering, to Frank Giacoia's confident, strong inking, this splash really came together.

The sketch matches up with the last three panels to page 14, from ASM #108.
The first few pages of this comic were just pure magic and you could tell how much Jack enjoyed writing and drawing the Thing! Interesting to note that I have the same Kirby/Sinnott script on the back of the page that I own.
One of my favorite Kane issues and an awesome page to boot! I hope that you can post a better scan sometime as I'd love to see this art in all it's glory!

The Spidey page, (second row from the left, middle item), looks to me like page two from ASM 131! I just happen to have that page hanging to the right of my computer ;-}
