I know that but thought he would want to hang onto this one for himself. Joe has an awesome collection and this would have fit into it. Your gain, his loss.

Read the comic! It's good clean fun. I wonder why cheeky Joe let this go.

I don't know how I never commented on this cover before, but let me make up for that by saying this is one of the coolest covers on all of CAF! I mean, it's Mike Zeck drawing Secret Wars! And it's got Doctor Doom taking off his mask for all the heroes in the series! It's got Captain America, Mr. Fantastic, the Hulk, Black Suit Spidey and a whole bunch of other A list characters! What more could anyone ask for? This is a bona fide treasure! Zeck did a lot of interesting work in his career, but Secret Wars was a whole 'nother level. I love, love, love it.

....looks like the pencils are larger My terrible photo of them does'nt do the work any justice. Maybe we can arrange an exchange program to have the twins joined together for 6 months per year, each.... ;-)

....Congrats with this legendary piece! is it the same huge size as the pencil version I own....?

Sweet cover!

Wow! Spooky King in Black cover by Ryan Stegman! What a chilling scene--You've got Knull walking across a floor littered with the fallen bodies of Heroes, including Captain America and Spider-Man. There's a wide grin on Knull's face and a bloody sword in his hand. Clearly this is one villain that's not going to go down easily. But who can take down this self-proclaimed King in Black? That's the reason for cool covers like this--To make you buy the issue to find out who can stop him! Fantastic layout by Stegman is brought to life by the awesome inks of JP Mayer. Great pick-up, congrats!

Easily worth $1.50!!!

Marvel Universe was a huge childhood favorite, and as an adult I really appreciate the skill that went into creating all the images. Great pick up - especially for Elektra, Frankenstein and Galactus!

So good, I'd spend TWO dollars!

This cover stood out to me from this series for just the awesome images of Galactus, Ego and Doctor Strange to name a few.
