Believe it or not, maybe even out of all the amazing artwork in this book, THIS page is the one I'd want the MOST. Not only is it well drawn, but I wanted to BE this guy so so badly. If EVER you sell any of this artwork- let me know- but especially this Chapter One page!
I was just asking Tim Townsend about this piece (because I had an old jpg file of it on my desktop and have loved it for years but forgot who did it)! He said its your masterful ink lines for sure. SO, I have tracked it down again! If you are EVER willing to sell it, please let me know!
Wow, this is a classic! And to think you own the first "I hate Monday's" gag too! Amazing.
This is probably my #1 Grail Piece! Congrats to you for getting it. Love it!
I remember bidding on this on Ebay years ago! If I remember, it didn't go for near what it should have. I hope you won it.
Oh man, I love this piece! If you ever want to trade/part with it, let me know!!
Awesome piece! Let me know if you ever want to trade it for anthing I have!
Love this page! Two of my favorites on one page with a pretty girl! If ever you want to trade for it, let me know.
Hey Kevin. Love your work and your taste in art! If ever you want to trade some Bob Oksner, like this page, for some Disney art, let me know!
Hey Jim, I hope you are doing well! I love this one! One of my top 5 favorite artists drawing two of my favorite characters from both sides of the fence! What a great idea.
Love this Davis cover! If ever you want to trade for Disney animation art, let me know!
So, is that what you PAID for it? 150? Just kidding, but someone did. Love this Sunday! It's got everything, action, movement, and even a very rare use of depth in panel 4! No Snoopy, but a classic Charlie Brown piece!
WOW! It is cool to see it in progress, though part of me wants to see it finished too! I'm sure you don't, but if ever you wanted to trade for some Disney animation art, let me know. The artist in me would be pumped looking at this everyday!
LOVE this drawing! Great short too. Interesting to see Eric did both characters on the same page. You've got a great collection of animation history here!
Glad you don't have this one anymore. It's a fake, not an actual production drawing. I know the animator of that scene, Mark Henn, and that is NOT his drawing. Not even a Disney artists' drawing. Sorry.
