While I did not own Rygar, I definitely remember renting it and not being good at it! Like most NES games, it was quite difficult, but I certainly tried! I did like his uinique weapon. Anywho, great art and I really do appreciate these NES subjects!
I remember I was reading this series back in the 90's, and when this issue came out, the art just blew me away. I wish Giffen had drawn more issues.

Absolutely gorgeous! I think that this was the second comic I read with Davis's work, because I read Uncanny X-Men #213 before it. He was so good that he immediately became one of my favorite artists.

Silvestri always looked best when inked by Green, in my opinion. Love this page and it brings back memories! Also, Colossus was stuck in his organic steel form at the time, so that's why he's in metal form while drawing Betsy.

I read all of the original Creature Commandos stories a few years ago, so this a treat seeing some original art from those books! Buckler and Tanghal were always consistently good artists, and this cover is no exception!

Oh man, the first issue of The Uncanny X-Men that I ever bought with my own money was #231 with Colossus fighting S'ym on the cover, so this hits my nostalgia spot dead-on! Fantastic work from Cassara!
