Ugh, your James Jean collection is beautiful. I love it all, but for some reason this one really resonates with me. I wish he would have finished that owl in the sketch! Every two or so years I beg Pia to sell me this original sequence of pages. I get upset just thinking about how deep this part of the story cuts me. This is truly beautiful.

I was watching the auction for this piece so hard and if I hadn't spent tons of money at cons this year I might have competed more for it. It's peak Young Avengers art. I think this is THE cover to have of the series. I was worried it was going to disappear into someone's OA collection when it didn't pop on hear soon after the aucton closed. I'm glad to see it showcased to the community, it's beautiful and deserves it. Congrats!

Amazing find. I really think this is my favorite comic page of all time. I had the comic scan as my computer wallpaper for years. This really captures everything there is to know about Superman in a perfect snapshot. I get a bit misty eyed whenever I see it. Congrats!
This page and the next page in the sequence are my favorite scene in comic history. I'm glad I have pages 10 and 11 from this issue, but I'll never not be jealous of you having this page. So wonderful!
