This is Deus Ex (printed by DC Comics) Issue 1 Page 19 (or 19/20) depending if this is a DPS or not in print. Physically it's drawn like one, but I'm seeing that some of Trevor's stuff ends up as a single page even though physically drawn across two boards so track down a comic of the book as it isn't clarified in digital format.
This was one of Lee's convention commissions a while back from what I can remember.
