WOW! I too followed Willinghams work from D&D to Villains & Vigilantes to Warp (Outrider was awesome!) and of coarse to The Elementals (still one of my faves). He was one of my first big inspirations as an artist. This piece is amongst one of my favorites by him. I would have loved to see him do an entire issue in this beautifully hand colored style. Still looks great! A timeless piece! Congrats!!!
Yeah I have read the Hobbit a few times myself. It's such a great book as are The Lord Of The Rings of coarse but the Hobbit definitely has a charm and a quality all its own. Can't wait fro the Movie, always wanted to see a live action adaption!
That would be very cool if I am the first to do that. Though I am not sure if I would always handle her in this fashion I wanted to go all the way with this piece. :)
