Hey Ben, yes, this was inked on a printout of pencils Whilce had emailed me.
Hello Ben! That's an AWESOME set! So you're the one who got em all! :) I've only got maybe 4 or 5 pages of fully pencilled and inked (not on print outs) pieces by Whilce so I guess I'd like to hold on to them. But they're nothing like yours man! That must look terrific framed up on a wall.
This particular page, I think, was inked by Edgar Tadeo. Great tribute page to a Byrne era X-men splash! :)
This piece is actually entitled "Death" in the published porfolio. Fantastic piece! Alex Niño is one remarkable artist!

Cool! I never thought I'd see THIS again. It was indeed something we were going to do at Marvel with Storm and Black Panther but it was not meant to be. :)
