I would have to agree it looks like Cedric's work. I love his work and he has a tendency to give all his girls freckles as seen in this piece. But this is still a guess. Great piece either way.

This is TOTALLY SICK (in a good way) The best concept I have seen for the joker yet. Looks like an airport and the Joker doesn't want to be body scanned.
