You are correct. It was likely the summer of 1981, since the book came out in 1980. It is not later than 1983 (the last year I went to Chicago). I was going on memory when I put this up. I will have to see if I can dig up info on the convention to nail down a better date.

Thanks, Eric. That was what influenced my choice of Red Sonja. I really liked the Team-Ups with Byrne. I also have another from the era with Spidey and Arcade's (MTU #66) head in the background that I will post sooner or later.
