I can see why this page would be a digital creation.  Such a complex work that probably would have driven anyone else insane just by manipulating this on a computer.  Anyone who's worked in modern computer animation would tell you it's just as much work if not more.

This sketchcard blown up in size like this makes Wills' art look even accomplished as you can see that his proportions work no matter what scale they are shown.
