Continued... It's very sad that these began to surface after Mike had passed away. We sent multiple messages to EBAY in regards to the different auctions that hosted the sale of these fake pieces. We also try to watch EBAY as best as possible for them, it's just tough to monitor all of the time. I'm sorry we weren't able to warn you sooner. If you ever see any more of these up, we have a specific thread in the art section on our Aspen message boards where you can alert other Turner fans. My apologies for your monetary loss and the disappointment of thinking you were soon to receive an original Turner Supergirl sketch.

Justin, Sorry to hear of your situation. Unfortunately, my post won't be much better. This piece of art is a forgery based off of a different sketch Mike had done. We had discovered there were several different fake sketches like this one floating around towards the end of last summer. We were trying to get them out of circulation as best as possible by having the fans who were tricked into buying them, either destroy them or send them into us to be destroyed...

J. Sid...Cool, so I'll cruise on over to your gallery, leave multiple posts and rip on the artwork you posted up for people to enjoy. Last I checked, this site is called Comic Art 'Fans', not comic art criticizers. If people like the stuff I post up, great. If not, don't specifically search out my gallery and leave negative comments. Just leave it be for others that do like it to enjoy. I'm sure there are a bunch more people like Ed that don't like Mike's art. Great for them. Let them be content with the art they do like. I'm here for the art I like and the fans that like Mike's art. And I thought I was being nice to Ed. Go figure...
