This is lovely. I love Caesar style. Consider you lucky, i commissioned and payed 6 arts in 2004 and received only 3 after long wait. And the worst is he use them in his publications/portfolio.
Yes i also don't understand. It happened me to be scammed by a fake artist who took the money and didn't draw any, but Caesar draw it, he make correction and follow the workflow till some point then disapear. The worst is that he is great in commission arts and that i would have buy even more. :(
