Nah, I figured if someone had them, I would've heard about it by now. It's been 20 years and I've made no secret of my search for them.
Congrats! I held your new pickup in my hands 20-some-odd years ago. I always maintain hope that this page will surface again, but apart from rumors that I missed its sale by a month or so that same 20+ years ago, I have never seen or heard of its continued existence. And truth be told, I doubt I could afford what it would no doubt go for today.
Hey George! I was the guy standing next to you while Bill finished this. Came out great, man!
I've been a fan of Uko's work for years, ever since I saw the Firestar on his page. This is another great, great piece from him. Nice score!
Ron Garney's a stud. I put him up as one of my top 3 favorite Wolverine artists with Frank Miller and Jim Lee.
Stunning. It could be a photograph straight out of a Playboy pictorial.
"It was fun revisiting Brandy and the boys at Liberty Meadows again." We miss them, too, Frank.
This could be my favorite Uminga piece yet. And oddly enough, it has nothing to do with the character portrayed. The background is just ridiculously cool.
It's amazing how the little flip of the skirt conveys so much energy into the image.
Love finding new artists whose work I've never seen, but blows me away. This is the latest one. Outstanding!
Chris, like I told you elsewhere: I think this is the best piece CS has ever done. I wanted to get my own commission from him at some point, but after seeing this, I don't think he could top it.
This Adam Hughes guy should really stick with it. He's got some talent and could probably make a career out of illustrating if he wanted. Seriously, though: Another great sketch from AH!
Wow! I think this is Hughes' best Deja Thoris yet! I see the potential for this one to become as well known as the MJ trying on the Spider-Man outfit or the Mystique sketch. Great, great acquisition.
My God... It warms my heart to know that this piece is out there and in the hands of someone who could love it almost as much as I could. :)
Totally worth having been brought to two conventions to have it finished. Great piece!
Man, that's a great looking piece, Jim! But my gosh, that's about the most graphic thing I've ever seen Adam do!
