No, I'm almost certain this wasn't published. I have seen other pages from it and it seems like a pretty wild two-part "imaginary story" or "it was all a dream" thing.

Thank you - I will update now.  Many thank for the information.

I'm afraid I must humbly ask forgiveness: I was incorrect. The story was published in DC Special #3 (June 1969) and was called "Special Delivery Death."

I'd be very interested to know what else you have. If you ever get the chance to catalog it or take photos/scans, please let me know.

I was all set to leave a comment with information about this, but I actually think I've raised more questions. Definitely going to write about this at my blog when it goes live.

Once again, Jonathan, I am in your debt.  Thank you for the great information.  Most appreciated.

To be clear, it was never published so far as I know. In fact the only one of these unpublished Golden Age stories that I've seen evidence of having eventually been published is that Black Canary one.

This is from "The Secret of Happy Valley"! I've seen all three tiers separately before, but not put together. How did you figure out they went together? Anyway, I've only ever seen this story attributed to Hasen.

Where did you hear about the origins of this page? From what I know, the "too violent" Lobo story you mention was drawn by Bill Wray.

I've seen two tiers from this story. Not connected to this one, but they're both from what would have been All-American Comics #110.

This one was eventually published decades later in Adventure Comics #399. The title is "Television Told The Tale."

I'm actually working on a post about this story for a blog that hasn't gone live yet. For one thing, every source I've seen lists it as being by Infantino, although looking at it I can see how someone would think Toth. In fact, on a whim I just did a little googling and lo and behold, a tier I hadn't seen before turns up on Heritage Auctions, attributed to Toth. I don't think anyone knows for sure who drew it, but what I can tell you is that it's from the same story as your 2/3 page (which you attribute to Infantino) in the same gallery. The story was slated for publication in Green Lantern #39, but the title was canceled after #38.

Is TwoMorrows Publishing aware of this tier? They've been trying to piece this story together for decades, and this tier fills a gap (at least as of the last I knew, circa All-Star Companion 3. Haven't gotten around to picking up the fourth volume yet.)
