Congrats dear Christian, this this simply the BEST page in your huge collection :) You never write any, but my description for this page was "Wild battle action with beautiful Nebres inks as John Carter has to fight his four-armed buddy Tars Tarkas !" but accompanying CAF-entries with "descriptions" or extra-infos is for lesser collectors only! The first comment that Marcus W. wrote then: "He took that to another level!  Anyone else inking Infantino may have been too reverential to the master's pencil and missed out on going for the full gusto of this killer battle." was perfect chosen ! The story and words were written by Marv ("Dracula") Wolfman.

Mr. Kohlmaier, what´s your problem ?

Best.Batman.Page.EVER.

Okay, maybe not quite the best ever, but this is a page that's too cool for regular collectors. Just like this story was too out there for regular comic book readers, the same way Ornette Coleman was too out there for Jazz listeners whose ears+brain only had one gear.

Ain't nothing like a little skronk to get things poppin'

Really like  this comment obviously coming from someone who does appreciate Ornette Coleman and a little skronk in time... ;-)

Amazing that you have this... I hope you don't mind me asking - what are the dimensions of the original drawings? I always wondered what scale did he work in in Incal

Hi Krzystof, sorry for my late answer, it is a "normal" 12.5 x 16 (or 32 x 41 cm), funny thing: he switched to 14.5 x 18.75 (37 x 48cm) at least in #6...!?

Great Pogo! Did Kelly hand color it?

Yes, as you can see all the names of his family in the last panel, it was a kind of special christmas present & seems to be the only handcolored Pogo sunday ever.

So you are the one who got these from Roger. You're very quick my friend! Very nice pick up!

Well, isn´t it all about being fast... or having to pay a lot of money later... ;-)
