Sorry fixed the title. Actually issue #2, page 1.
Back when the issue came out, I got in touch with the penciler and inker and was able to arrange a purchase. Very lucky and happy that I got this.
I've seen it mentioned elsewhere that it was published, but never found it anywhere.
