That's a great page! Solid in-betweener panels and has some of that "trippy-ness" I loved feom the art in these issues.

I really like this moment of lore from the marvel universe. I have a little sub collection of the El Shabbah Nur Apocalypse form and the creation if Mr. Sinister so I love this!
Yeah, its good stuff and the killing intent in the eyes of Namor on panel 4. Plus I love the text from that panel which is coming from The Thing who was remembering the moment and said...

You honestly just full fledged made me need to read Night Force...I must know what is going on...and what happens in issue 3!?!? I bought the whole series a couple years back butnirs been sitting in a long box....you just bumped it up my reading list.
Yeah I thought it was a neat piece. Especially since it was published on so many issues and I will say it does have some power to the logo's imagery. It's my first piece of original art more in the promo/production end of things but since my goal was to get a piece representative of boneyard press as a publishing entitiy, I think I picked the right one.

I'm also a bit surprised this series doesn't get more love. Great characters origin story, adds depth to the lore, shakespearean-esque in its scope, really well written and great art. It's got the perfect package to be on some must read lists. The only thing I wonder is if it the series is considered canon. There is a "reveal" at the end that always made me wonder this.

I will say, going through 130 pages of well done art done in a Japanese woodblock/calligraphy style really hammers in how much work each manga was for the artists. Every time I end up digging into one of these branches of the comic medium internationally it reminds me of the depth of history and individuals who used their talents to these mediums.
Thanos, Death, Marvel, moonknight, dr. doom oh my.....That last panel is simply awesome...a wonderful moment between father and daughter :)
The Celestials k8nda look like they came by to peek in on the party they weren't invited to.
Yeah, those specials have classy look and feel. I searched online and couldn't find a single acknowledgment of the Starwatcher Moebius reference, which isn't that surprising, but it's a neat little Easter egg. I haven't run into many artist-to-artist Easter Eggs in original art pages. This one too once you notice it is quite brazen, I love it.
