Because of the high advertising cost, the magazine concept was eventually scrapped, BUT a lot of the finished art was printed on a series of "Camel Productions" matchbooks so that they didn't go to waste. This image was indeed finished and printed!

The flavor text on the inside of the matchbook reads: "Playing two parts was a real challenge. Dr. Jekyl smoked Camel Lights, and Mr. Smooth smoked Camel Ultra Lights. If you look real close at the last scene, you'll see Joe has pulled a prank. He has both characters smoking Camel Filters." Back of the matchbook has a few incidentary character names as director etc., all with the last name Camel.

Nice grab. I commissoned Neal for the full figure of this around 2015 I think. When he came back the following year I also bought one of these busts. My favorite Marvel character.

I think I asked Neal do this last year for Buzz to ink. It was Buzz's idea and it turned out well. It was so detailed that I asked Buzz to work on a copy so I could keep the pencil.
