The Sentinels #18 (Aug 1963)

When Chthonak shatters the barrier separating the God-Realm from our own, he breaks through the Earth's crust and threatens humanity itself. The world quakes in terror at -- Chthonak, the God Below!! Can the Planet's Ultimate Super-Heroes defeat this being, who is literally a god?!?

That's really all Dave, I just said "Sentinels vs Chthonak", and he designed the character. I like how he's able to convey MASS, and not just SIZE. Although, I am quite proud of the name "Chthonak", if I do say so myself.
