DescriptionI've been a TMNT fan since the late 80's and have been loving what Kevin Eastman and IDW have done with the property the last few years. Picking up one of Eastman's recent covers has been on my list and I finally got my hands on one. This is the San Diego Comic-Con 2016 variant cover to the forthcoming installment of the Kevin Eastman Notebook Series. These books reproduce Eastman's production notebooks for a given issue/character (in this case the Raphael Micro-Series issue from the original Mirage run) and feature concept art, character studies, layout, sketches, story notes and whatever else. I'm not 100% sure because it hasn't come out yet. Whatever the book ends up being, the cover's pretty neat.Social/Sharing |
