Here are the top 15 sales in our database from August 26 - September 1, 2024. To view all 99 results from this period in our Dealer Market Data Search - with a combined asking price of $294,445 - please note you need to be a Market Data Subscriber to use the search engine. This week there were 42 sales that were listed at or over $1,000 when they were sold - 19 more than last week. 11 of the results came from artworks that were priced at $150 or less when the art was sold. This week saw Comic Art Dealer sales increase by $168,595 from last week's $125,850 total.

Panel Page Art had the highest accumulated sales of the week topped off by a John Byrne illustration of Captain America and Batman teaming up to stop their archnemeses Red Skull and Joker.

Starbreaker makes his first appearance in Justice League of America #96 the cover of which was the bestseller for Will's Comic Art Page.

RomitaMan scored with Frank Brunner's cover to Adventure Into Fear #16 featuring the Man-Thing stopping developers from destroying the Everglades.

A melancholy Mark Grayson appears on a cover drawn by Ryan Ottley and sold by Felix Comic Art.
