The Mignolaverse, the modern B/W masters (Sale, Risso, Charretier,...) and art I just like.
The Mignolaverse is my main collection and main focus. It started as a collection of some art of the Mignolaverse. And then it escalated. As collections tend to do. My ultimate dream is to own art from each artist that worked in the Mignolaverse and to have art of each story/arc in the Mignolaverse. Summer 2025 there were over 250 stories (cannonical and non cannonical) and over 75 artists contributing (and that's not counting variant covers etc).
So yes, this is a dream that will never be fullfilled, as some artists are too expensive and owning only one of their pages would already make my heart sing, so forget about collecting pages from multiple stories. On the other hand there are stories that are only 8 pages, so they are already sitting comfortably on the wall or in an Itoya of other collectors. Some artists will not part with their art or work digitally (and monoprints or a print or a commission are the way to go). Which is all fine.
At this moment of writing I own pages from 160 stories from over 60 artists (and yes, some are Hellboy variant covers, commissions from artists that worked in the Mignolaverse).
