Soul of Tokyo

Since the early 1970s, I've been a dedicated comic fan, starting my journey at the legendary Detroit Triple Fan Fair. Rubbing shoulders with icons like Rich Buckler, Arvell M. Jones, and Greg Theakston was an incredible privilege. My passion took a new direction in the late 1980s when I spent a year working in Tokyo, immersing myself in the world of manga and anime. The 1990s brought a resurgence of my love for comic art, thanks to a Japanese animator friend who introduced me to Hellboy, rekindling my love of American comic art.
