Description

Pencil & Marker sketch on 9"x12" paper, 2010.
We realized recently that we (OK, it was me) had forgotten to post this piece. When we bought the All-Star Batman and Robin #7 cover with Black Canary from Albert Moy, I mentioned that it was (at the time in 2010) a kind of substitute for the Hush page we were still yearning for, and that it would have been perfect if it had Catwoman on it rather than Black Canary. Albert managed to get a Catwoman sketch from JL thrown in along with the cover, which was a wonderful surprise.
There are differing opinions on whether her goggles are best depicted on her face or off; I'm OK with either, and having them on top of her head adds a bit of extra personality to the character.

Very special with Jim Lee using the thin line pen to get the most fine detail into the drawing and all of Selina's beauty while adding the smokey eye shading.
