Description

One of two Byrne sketches from either 1979 Cosmican Con, or from the early 1980s, I can't remember which. I saw JB subsequently at a few shows in the early 80s, but was disappointed to see that he'd kind of standardized his poses for sketches, they all pretty much looked the same to me. Still great stuff though, and I was thrilled to be able to nab a couple while devouring new issues of the New X-Men as they came out.

Interesting effect from the marker bleed - almost like airbrush. Thanks for sharing this.
